Design, develop and support several global enterprise level intranet sites available to approximately 130,000 associates, along with development of corporate Marketing and Web sites. Valuable member of various internal corporate communications groups and committees. Champion of innovation, ideation, and change. Senior technical resource supporting and leading all intranet and collaboration projects including applications utilized by all Delhaize America associates. Contributes strategic vision and integrates a broad range of ideas related to application development, process improvement and project management.

Involved with all aspects of the business, including advertising and marketing, client relations,  contracts, pricing, design, programming, photography, data backups, hosting, domain names, setting up email accounts, merchant accounts, general support, search engine optimization and site promotion, usability testing, maintenance, billing and payments.

Extensive technical lab work, troubleshooting & analysis, schematic creation, developed and implemented test methodologies, and traveled internationally for customer technical support, promotional visits and seminars.
