Clients include UN agencies, European Commission and other international organisations.Here are some examples of the contracts I work on or have worked on:- Updating and improving the European Skills Index for CEDEFOP- Developed a custom R package which processes, calculates and evaluates the innovation model for the Global Innovation Index for WIPO, as well as working on data collection, processing, auditing and documenting GII processes.- Lead senior expert for UNIDO - developing global indicator framework for measuring quality infrastructure and sustainable development- Author and designer (and maintainer) of globally-used R package "COINr" for developing composite indicators for policy making.- Time-series analysis and custom programming for the EU Bioeconomy framework- Designing and building a web app for directing community-based protection in Guatemala for UNHCR, including data analysis and processing, interactive mapping.- Contributing to maintaining and developing the European Commission’s global “EDGAR” greenhouse gas emissions database, implementing uncertainty analysis, building custom R package- App design and development for a composite indicators app for the Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics- Statistical review of impact assessments (for the European Commission)- Short consultancy for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on developing a roadmap for quality infrastructure, including a workshop in Riyadh.- Data processing for the Water-Energy-Food Nexus Index- Audit and technical support for the Vietnam Provincial Innovation Index
