Hi, I'm Helena,and I love everything that has to do with employer branding, personnel marketing, training conception and internal communication. Both strategically and operationally, I enjoy being actively involved in these areas. I have the desire to make a contribution to companies, to help them position themselves as an attractive employer, to attract employees to the company and to retain them in the long term. If employees can identify with their employer, thrive in their role and enjoy coming to work, it is very likely that they would rather develop within the company than change jobs and companies.Originally, I came from the event sector. During this time, I had the most fun organizing and designing event and training formats for employees (onboarding days, networking meetings, team events, after-work lounges, anniversaries, seminars, training courses, e-learning, etc.). I also enjoyed implementing internal marketing and communication measures in order to involve employees in the company's activities and to actively engage them as ambassadors. As I take such great pleasure in bringing employers and (future) employees together, I fulfilled my heart's desire at the beginning of 2022 and went into business by founding AZUBISTOLZ.
