I am a dedicated, loyal and devoted person, with over twenty-five (25) years of experience in sales and customer relations. My work experience begun with banking [Bank of Nova Scotia], as a front line teller, then to night depository. After five (5) years in banking, I moved to Life Insurance with Barbados Mutual life {renamed Sagicor today}; where I used my interpersonal skills to great advantage. I was promoted to agency manager after some years of success as an agent; and became the top producer in my office in 1998-99. As an agency manager, I was responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of five (5) persons. I had much success in the Life Insurance industry; then came an opportunity to own and operate a Concrete Product Company, which I gladly accepted. Premier Concrete Products begun as a small block making plant, with 3 employees, which grew into a Cement, Steel, and Lumber enterprise. In ten (10) years it developed into a medium size company with approximately 15 employees.Today, I work with Zylog as a Solution Accounts Manager. We provide companies with the software they need to recruit, manage and track personnel, from the application, to hiring and beyond.
