Clinical instructor in the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. In addition to my work as a member of the University of Michigan faculty, I spent much of the year working closely with Dr. Shan Baker, a world renowned Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, either observing his techniques or operating as a co-surgeon.

I completed 5 years of residency training in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. I became proficient in the management of all medical and surgical treatment of problems in the head and neck including comprehensive otolaryngology, pediatric otolaryngology, rhinology, otology/ skull base surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery as well as head and neck oncology. I received comprehensive training in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
