Responsible for troubleshooting escalated issues from the services, upgrades, and support teams for the Horizon Clinicals physician suite of applications focusing on Horizon Expert Orders (HEO) and closed loop projects, Horizon Order Management (HOM), Horizon Medication Reconciliation (HMR), HEO/MPF (McKesson Patient Folder) integration projects and Care Organizer.

As a primary implementation consultant of Horizon Order Management (HOM) and Horizon Expert Orders (HEO) to single and multi-facility hospitals, responsible for providing guidance and assistance to customers in all phases of the implementation process. In-depth knowledge of integration touch points provides ability to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Support internal team members, initiate activities and development of resources to enhance knowledge sharing, including weekly team calls and process documentation. Developed tools that became valued resources for knowledge sharing. Served as mentor for new implementation consultants.
