Primary dutiesare 3 way matching invoices via mail and email (approx. 15 00 invo ices monthly ), into 2 AP Systems(Spectrum 11/15 6/20) (JDEwards 6/20 present). Other duties included reconciling vendor statements/accounts,vendor account setup, training new employee s on our AP procedures. I am in charge of a few big ven dor accounts, aswell as over 400 other vendor accounts and manage a ll of the utility accounts for various job locations.

Primary duties were to process all invoices via mail or email (approx. 100-200 invoices daily), match invoices to purchase orders (3-way matching), scan non-purchase order invoices to the CFO's at each of the 9 hospitals for their approval. Code and enter all invoices into 3 AP Systems (Ormed, Great Plains and Meditech). Other duties included reconciling vendor Statements/accounts, vendor account setup, managing vendor W9's, matching checks with correct backup, and researching/locating invoices for our billing office for insurance claims.

My primary duties were to coordinate deliveries of PVC pipe to our customers, daily recording ofproduction of PVC pipe in Excel, invoicing for daily shipments/orders, handled all incoming calls, filingof daily invoices, typing memos and letters for office manager and update customers on availability anddelivery schedules for their orders.

My duties included, billing for labor and materials, supplies and per diems, accounts payable,microfilming employee documents and personnel records, matching purchase orders with invoices,preparing credit and debit memos, expense reports, journal vouchers and some reconciliation.
