Primarily responsible for user interface delivery and all things CSS 3, HTML 5, JQuery and Bootstrap.

I was elected to chair the Site Leadership Council to help promote the HP South Pacific employee engagement agenda, which included organising and implementing well being initiatives and employee engagement.Some of our notable achievements were raising the 3rd highest amount of money in Australia and New Zealand (HP Internal) for the Leukemia Foundations "Worlds Greatest Shave" campaign.We also managed to setup a strategic partnership with Club Lime, a health club based close to our Canberra office, to offer staff an ongoing membership at a reduced rate.The final achievement revolves around the setup of a "Wellness Zone", where staff are able to relax without the pressures of work and play a video game, read a book or indulge in a board game whilst sitting in a bean bag.

Tasked with facilitating the Agile methodology of software development at HP Software.Using concepts such as Scrum, Kanban, XP and the Agile framework, I've been assisting the team in moving from Waterfall to Agile since November 2013.I have a purist vision of Agile and I have been labeled an "Evangelist" for the Agile Methodology, that however is only because I do see the benefits of moving to being culturally agile over a rigid waterfall approach.

I worked as a software engineer with Accenture on various projects, namely on the ATO's Change Program as a Forms developer. Delivering the IITR forms along with forms relating to Superannuation.I spent some time also working with the CBA as a part of their systems upgrade as a defect coordinator.

NSW: OSR helped get me through University by taking me on board as a cadet through the National Indigenous Cadetship Program.
