Webly Bowles, a licensed Oregon architect with 20+ years experience, applies a systems thinking approach to decarbonizing buildings. Later, she worked as an energy analyst, aiding affordable multifamily housing.Currently, Webly serves as Associate Director of Codes and Policy at New Buildings Institute (NBI).
