As a Consulting CTO/CIO at Independent Advisor, I leverage my 20+ years of experience in leading technology teams and products to help Executive & Technology teams speak the same language AND execute business objectives, ESPECIALLY TO DRIVE REVENUE. I coach technologists on business skills, and help Executive Teams realize the advantages of including IT stakeholders at the beginning of any project or initiative.I also enjoy working with product and technology organizations to refine their product management process, using appropriately customized agile methods to improve both time to deliver and quality of the product. I have also been a member of the Board of Advisors at Fundopolis, a platform that empowers communities to invest in and support small businesses.
