Worked on In- Building Solutions (IBS) project of SMART Communications, Inc. telecom service provider for Glorietta 1, Glorietta 2, and Glorietta 3 of Ayala MallsJob Responsibilities:• Supervises the installation of Base Transceiver Station (BTS) sites • Suggests and implements Network Parameters changes for reducing call drops and better coverage and analysis of impact after changing of parameter.• New Site verification & Optimization of the network, • Conducts RF Technical Site Surveys (TSS) for the In-Building design.• Prepares RF Technical Design Proposal (TP) for In-Building Solutions to meet customer KPI’s Coverage Design plan.• Performs RF surveys and then prepares appropriate design and proposal products such as BOQ, SSO, • • SSR, Antennae Location & Cable Routing.• Optimization of the design by implementing necessary changes to meet the KPIs.• VSWR testing of feeder cables using BIRD site master.
