Oracle EBS functional analyst responsible for supply chain planning track of ERP upgrade from Oracle E business Suite 11i to R12, responsibly for training, education and all testing cycles for planning, scheduling, forecast generation and sales order scheduling ASCP analyst for Oracle R12 VCP global implementation including (ASCP) Advanced Supply Chain Planning (CP) collaborative planning at 18 Mfg. sites. I Unitized UPK for navigational training prior to hands on training delivery to the end user community. Shortly after go-live we transitioned the plan to a single global plan approach to eliminate complexity and simplify KPI data publication. The phase II of this project focused on plan exception management, which netted a reduction in plan exceptions from 40K to 4K across 18 Mfg. sites.

Designed, developed and implemented the BPD team (Business Process Development) a completely new approach for Coherent. The focus with this team was to take ownership of developing an Oracle Super User program that would allow the business to eliminate the dependency on IT for training, education and day to day process and application support for all 17 Mfg. sites. I was the business analyst for Global Oracle Cycle Count implementation for 16 Mfg. sites.Scope included business requirements and policy documentation, education, training, configuration and all testing. This project resulted in the elimination of Physical Inventories for all sites Coherent Germany (Göttingen)Business project lead for Oracle Project Mfg. (Sieban) implementation as the business unit required hard reservations to be used for each customer order. These systems took 5 months to produce and sold for several million euros each.
