Next Level BD Ltd works with owner managed SME’s helping progress from whatever stage they are currently at to their own individual ‘Next Level’ and in their own specific areas of need. Main responsibilities included planning, promotion, research, creating successful e-marketing and direct mail campaigns, developing marketing strategy, managing the social media strategy, managing the company’s CRM system and business networking.

Main responsibilties included market research both in the field and based in the office. I worked on numerous economic impact studies of major events including Wimbledon Tennis, The Tour de France cycling, The Tour of Britain cycling, and brand perception and awareness research for The British Super bikes Championships. I have also worked on research projects for Sport England and the Amateur Swimming Association.

My role was mostly focussed on telemarketing. It included business-to-business research but also business-to-consumer research. I learnt the values of market research, as well as understanding the correct techniques to obtain the necessary information from the targeted market, whether an MD of a successful company, or regular consumers.
