Current• Overall responsibility for the cost, functionality and quality of the CLUSTERLINE(R) 300 and CLUSTERLINE (R) 600 product families with regard to the technical and market requirements specification• Team Lead of a team consisting of Product Managers, Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers and System Engineers.• Technical leadership of a team consisting of Product Managers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers and System Engineers.• Responsible for the… Show more • Overall responsibility for the cost, functionality and quality of the CLUSTERLINE(R) 300 and CLUSTERLINE (R) 600 product families with regard to the technical and market requirements specification• Team Lead of a team consisting of Product Managers, Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers and System Engineers.• Technical leadership of a team consisting of Product Managers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers and System Engineers.• Responsible for the management of the product portfolio and product life cycle in coordination with the business units and market segments, Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QHSE), and Customer Service.• Propose and initiate product improvements and enhancements to implement new features in accordance with the product platform roadmap and strategy.• Management of continuous product improvement process, maintenance and sustainment of released systems and configurations to ensure timely order fulfilment and secure daily business in terms of performance, lead time, reliability and costs.• Tracking of COGS, warranty costs and equipment reliability figures (UDT, SDT, uptime, MTBA, MTTR) for continuous cost-down and reliability improvements• Technical sales support for the business units and product marketing managers in the quotation process (checking specifications, feasibility analyses, preparation of quotations for special designs and modifications).• Responsible for screening and understand of competition, in charge for regular review with the Business Units.• Provide and maintain the entire product documentation and support the Business Units with technical sales tools and Engineering resources according to common and product specific standards and regulations, e.g. SEMI S2.• Cost center and development budget responsibility.
