Trained over 200 managers. - Developed educational tools promoting leadership competencies and support. - Led patient safety and performance improvement initiatives for a nationwide collaborative of academic medical centers.- Served as Advisory Board Member to School of Nursing for creation of a Center for Quality, Safety & Innovation.
