I’m a customer services manager with extensive experience, having served many clients and performed many diverse tasks. I have a bachelor's degree in English and a certificate in computers, and I am pursuing another degree in interior decoration and photography. I have also completed more than 20 specialized training courses in banking. These diverse educational experiences have resulted in a wide breadth of knowledge. English, as the dominant language around, has helped me to learn about Western culture, work styles and best practices.
