Returned to work at the ILSOS, switching from the personnel department to the foreign documents section of the index department. Duties included intake and issuing of apostilles for foreign documents, encompassing everything from powers of attorney, bills of sale, and a variety of other legal and government documents. Duties also encompassed ensuring notarizations of legal documents were handled correctly, opening lines of communication between the foreign documents department and private notaries across the State of Illinois.

Over the last summer, I worked as a student worker in the ILSOS office. Primarily focused with out of office communications, relaying info about job opportunities and offers to new employees and applicants to the state agency. Likewise also served as a receptionist, fielding phone calls and important documents for the office, as well as scheduling testing for prospective employees and handling other office services for employees of the Secretary of State

From the summer of 2021 through the summer of 2022, I worked as a student worker in the ILSOS Driver's Personnel Appointment. The focus of the position was on office management, organizing and filing documents for employees at the Secretary of State facilities in Illinois. Likewise, handled attendance and data entry for payroll services. Was also responsible for managing phone calls and other in office communication to correspond with colleagues and co-workers both on-site and in the field. In the summer of 2022, the pinnacle of the position was creating new sign in sheets through Microsoft suite for the 32 Chicago Metro facilities, encompassing over 600 employees which are still in use even in the new ILSOS administration.

Handle event management and outreach for social activities within the Literary and Historical society of UCD. Likewise serve as a liaison between the society and promoters and venues across Dublin and the wider nation of Ireland, booking events, managing budgets given for social activities, and managing communication.

Also elected as the events officer for the 33rd session of UCD's German society. Duties include organizing and planning events and coordinating with the rest of the committee for various activities both on and off campus. Likewise, taking weekly German for beginners' classes as put on by the society.

Elected as the events officer to the Politics and IR society of UCD. Duties include collecting emails for guests to events on campus, planning, executing, and managing events, and coordinating with the rest of the society committee to ensure events and activities go smoothly

Currently serving as the student representative to the UCD School of Politics and International Relations (SPIRe) equality, diversity, and inclusion sub-committee. Likewise, handled individual meetings with lecturers and professors to address student concerns. Furthermore, sat as a representative to the UCD Student's Union tri-weekly council to address and speak on behalf of student concerns across UCD and the wider world.

Currently working as a student caller for the UCD alumni foundation. Duties include warm calling alumni to seek funds for scholarship funding for students in need, and data entry and management with contact details and education/profession history.
