Finance Lead
Current1. Lead team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Ensure the finance reports generated for BPO clients align with their requirements.2. Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.3. Participate in long-term financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies to support the firm's growth and sustainability.4. Collaborate with senior leadership and heads of departments to create and implement annual budgets. Monitor and report on financial performance against the budget.5. Ensure that the firm, as well as the BPO client processes, meet all local financial and tax regulations. 6. Periodically review and update the finance framework when necessary, including developing and implementing new finance policies and procedures.7. Initiate and manage finance automation projects tailored to BPO client needs, aiming to improve finance department workflow and efficiency and ensure client satisfaction. 8. Direct the design, content, planning, and implementation of corporate internal and external training programs aligned with the objectives and strategy of the company. 9. Collaborates with leadership functional management teams to assess ongoing and future training and development needs as well as the effectiveness of established programs.
