Significantly direct involve on key value-added activities include Brownfield / Plant Expansion / Special Projects. * Compulsory compliance across all manufacturing plants with practical approach for OHSA and DOE Schedule Waste Management also as a key committee of Covid-19. * Ensure performance and accountability to zero defect goal. Archiving excellence in quality / cost / delivery performance expectation. Handle bottlenecks, clear back-logs inclusive timely troubleshooting. * Manage and monitor compliance consistency in standards and certifications. Lead, manage and direct LEAN, Kanban, CIP and etc, principles to eliminate waste, cost, non- value add enhancing simplicity. * Working closely with the management team and report any process deviations and provide appropriate solution in standardizing the group standards. * Provide overall management of Manufacturing / Technical aspect in Develop project, establish priorities and oversee the overall performance * Plan, Train, Mentor teams and new resources towards greater practical achievements efficiency, succession include technology advancement. * Plan & drive OPEX / CAPEX to align business direction. * Take charge as the Gate Keeper for all localization, projects and cost management. * Ensure implementation, objectives and positive achievement of group's mission, vision and core values.
