I have co-founded Netizen Testing after realising that Asia needs a quick and easy user testing service for websites, apps and all the new digital interfaces.Today, our company has conducted user testing and research for major brands in this region such as Jobstreet, AirAsia, iProperty, Rakuten, Lazada, Booking.com and Singapore government agencies. The user testing insights help their clients to find out what are the user pain points of their website/app so that further improvement can be made.Netizen Testing was recently presented with the People’s Choice Award for Global Innovation through Science & Technology during the Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2013, an initiative by the U.S. Department of State.
