I have co-founded Netizen Testing after realising that Asia needs a quick and easy user testing service for websites, apps and all the new digital interfaces.Today, our company has conducted user testing and research for major brands in this region such as Jobstreet, AirAsia, iProperty, Rakuten, Lazada, Booking.com and Singapore government agencies. The user testing insights help their clients to find out what are the user pain points of their website/app so that further improvement can be made.Netizen Testing was recently presented with the People’s Choice Award for Global Innovation through Science & Technology during the Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2013, an initiative by the U.S. Department of State.

• Actively managed the balance between demand and supply of the vehicle supply chain.• Ensuring sales department, manufacturing plant, management, material suppliers and regional office are all well informed to work together in executing company’s sales and production plans.• Committee of Obeya Room during 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami and Thailand flood incident, giving stakeholders a clear visualization of parts availability, production operating status and stock availability.• Led a team to redesign the "Rundown" system which is currently adopted company-wide, increasing the efficiency of vehicle stock monitoring by location. The “Rundown” system is also recognized and awarded by Asia Pacific Regional Office as best practice among distributors within the region.• Increasing cash flow by RM50 million by reducing the numbers of Toyota Hilux in stock holding without affecting sales volume and customer waiting period.
