Establish, develop and plan forward for company governance and IPO

1. Establish the risk management foundation for the company specifically in Enterprise Risk Management and risk structure.2. Develop necessary governance risk documents to meet the company expectation and IPO requirement (Eg. Nasdaq & SGX).3. Review the existing governance documents and provide advice & guidance to improve and aligned with company direction.4. Perform overall review for business unit on the process gap and their operation activities, and provide solid recommendation / solution to the gap.5. Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the Company which includes:a. Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).b. Key Risk Indicators (KRI).c. Loss Event Data (LED).d. Control Issue Management (CIM).e. New Product Approval Process (NPAP).6. Implement risk reporting and monitoring mechanism, including risk matrix, risk categories, losses and incidents, key risk and control indicators to be aligned with company risk appetite;7. Provide risk advisory and mitigation strategies in new products and new business ventures, including services;8. Participate in governance committees and council in an advisory or consultative capacity to provide independent views on risks and controls;9. Lead and coordinate for scenario analysis;Cultivate risk culture and accountability amongst Business Unit through training and awareness;10. Plan and coordinate the Business Continuity Management (BCM). This includes the alternate assessment, recovery and testing;11. Review and advisory in outsourcing management. This also includes vendor due diligence and assessment.

Compliance• Oversee and lead in the implementation of a Compliance Framework for Consumer products;• Provide guidance on proper application and interpretation of laws, regulations, and policies applicable to the business; Coordinate business and regulatory-specific compliance reviews, routine checks, and approvals;• Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to ensure the submission is timely, accurate, and standardized.Risk Management• Provide risk advisory and mitigation strategies in new products or new business ventures;• Operation Risk Management (Including Risk Tool – CIM, LED, RCSA & KRI);• Ensure vendors' compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) and coordinate with outsourcing (vendor) management; Cultivate risk culture and accountability amongst consumer products Business Unit through training and awareness.In addition to specific responsibilities• Establish team objectives and set the direction through discussions with relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the business agenda;• Monitor and ensure that the teams work effectively and proactively with business teams, by providing advice and assistance in the management of risk and compliance matters; • Review existing products and processes to provide process improvement for better managing and effective;• Develop and cultivate an influential compliance culture within the department.

• Review regulatory guidelines (including partners agreement) and provide solution/action plans;• Carried out an advisory role for consumer Deposit products; Operation Risk Management (Including Risk Tool – CIM, LED, RCSA & KRI);• Engage and manage stakeholders from the risk compliance audit department, including external parties (regulator and partners);• Review existing products features and processes to provide process improvement for better managing and effective of products• Managing projects related to compliance, including ensuring SIT & UAT are appropriately performed.• Managing and monitoring for Regulatory reporting.
