Hi, I’m a Mechanical Design Engineer with 5 years’ experience in research and development and new product development for smart IoT devices and interactive digital kiosk design. Previously, I’m also have experience role as a Multimedia Designer and a Product Designer.My Job Role:- Draft Design, - Product CAD (AutoCad, Inventor, 2D drawing) - CAM (Manual milling and 3D printer), - Sourcing and liaison for mould production and product manufacturing with mould factory (China)- Convert the ideal into 3D CAD, - Prototyping ( Clay, Foam, Metal, 3D printing )- Material research, - Providing CAD file to the die cast mold factory, - Product analysis, refinement base on mold factory feedback - Product sample QC and report- Production and logistic - Prototyping and conduct R&D testing- Inhouse hardware and tools design- Inhouse machine maintenance and repair
