While keeping up with youth trends and current affairs, she brings along entrepreneurial and developmental psychology insights in her engagement with young people and at her work place.Since 2015, Ping has conducted DISC Profiling Assessments and RIASEC training to help thousands of young individuals from age 16 – 26 years old, empowering them with self-awareness for personal growth and career ready. Besides youths, Ping has conducted and facilitated workshops for adults and parents through her voluntary work. A strong advocate for eco-sustainability issues, Ping leads young people to view eco-sustainability as an achievable lifestyle. Since 2017, Ping had guided teams of interdisciplinary students to successfully addressed the challenges of waste management through award winning green projects and competitions.An entrepreneur in the competitive F&B Industry for almost 8 years, she identifies with business owners on the joy and challenges of managing a business in Singapore. As a certified adult trainer and career consultant, she understands the immerse need for individuals to be empowered with workplace skills and the indispensable transversal skills, so as to strive and progress in our competitive economy. With further insights in developmental psychology, special needs training and pedagogical expertise, Ping has reviewed, developed and facilitated programmes in areas of career readiness, interpersonal skills and critical thinking skills. She is also experienced in training and working with individuals with special needs.
