- Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure minimal equipment downtime.- Monitoring SPC trends and prevention of drift.- Real-time analysis of equipment failures, alarms and defects.- Maintain, manage and improve department quality key performance index (wafer scrap, SPC, non- conformance lot, excursions, etc).- Work closely with, maintenance, operators, supervisors and other modules to achieve a common goal.- Response to lots on hold dispositions and swr execution.- Generate defectivity report, jeopardy lot and commonality tool according to yield/ defect issue.- Perform appropriate equipment qualification after maintenance intervention.- Conduct daily production meeting- Working with P5000, Centura, Producer, Novellus and Watkins Johnson tools.
