Sunrise is a global enterprise with divisions in cross border marketing, VR/AR technology, and education technology. Sunrise's VR/AR business unit CampusXR (CampusXR.org) specializes in virtual reality tours and augmented reality holographic advertising campaigns for universities. We host the Augmented World Expo Asia (AWEAsia.com), one of the region’s largest XR conferences and the Asia affiliate of the global AWE network. Our China-focused cross-border marketing and research supports educational organizations / edtech firms (SIEconnection.com) and VR/AR companies (SunriseCBS.com). We help Chinese companies in our industries to go global, and we support international companies and organizations in entering the Chinese market. Our services range from creating broad long-term strategies, informed by bespoke research reports, to more granular assistance in creating social media campaigns, building websites, hosting events, and managing PR efforts.

Co-founded the Horizon Academic Research Program, an online research enrichment program assisting students around the world in creating undergraduate-level research projects and manuscripts. Steered the creation of the academic and admissions teams and processes. Recruited 100+ research mentors who are professors, research scientists, postdocs, and PhDs from leading universities in the US and Europe. The program has advised students from 60+ countries in drafting 18 million words of hypothesis-based research and literature reviews spanning 26 academic subjects.

Co-founded the largest foreign language high school debate association in the world, bringing together thousands of students and hundreds of schools from every province of China. Cultivated international partnerships with top US university debate associations. Oversaw admin of 400+ tournaments in 33 cities, 100+ camps, and 22 international trips. In part due to our amazing team’s hard work, China has one of the richest English debate circuits outside of the Anglophone world.
