I worked in the entertainment industry for a decade as a Producer, Casting Director and Coordinating Producer in New York City and provided special events experience coordinating the logistics and execution of large-scale NYC and cross-country audition events for the game show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and various other game shows and reality programming during Millionaire's annual hiatuses. In 2009, I joined The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, where I oversee the production of their annual fundraising and stewardship events throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

    Conceptualize, oversee, and execute annual fundraising, stewardship, and cultivation events throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic to achieve established revenue, expense and participation goals, while educating supporters and celebrating both The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp’s mission and Founder Paul Newman’s vision· With the Chief Development Officer, devise comprehensive long- and short-term strategies to maximize and enhance event offerings to coincide with organizational strategic priorities· Implement systems to engage Board of Directors and Committees to set and meet fundraising goals· Customize and lead donor visits, tours and receptions to build and strengthen relationships· Develop an assigned portfolio of celebrity donors and prospects, utilizing Raiser’s Edge to track actions and relationship progress, and support Executive and Major Gift teams with their portfolio solicitations· Prepare target gift pyramids to project pathways to the current $4.6 million event goal· Forecast and manage expense budgets totaling more than $1 million annually, monitoring expenditure progress throughout the planning and execution phases with a focus on ROI· Facilitate project management timelines and partner with the internal event team on delegation of tasks· Refine collateral and A/V strategies with the Marcom team to drive attendance and engagement· Build sponsorship benefit packages to support the work of Corporations and Foundations· Establish, steward, and grow the celebrity engagement program to amplify meaningful talent relationships, advance organization recognition and drive fundraising opportunities· Guide event speakers, direct performances, programs and talkbacks, rehearsals and run of shows · Establish and convey all volunteer needs for recruitment including pre-event and on-site deployment· Supervise two Associate Directors, a Manager and a Coordinator
