Conceptualize, oversee, and execute annual fundraising, stewardship, and cultivation events throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic to achieve established revenue, expense and participation goals, while educating supporters and celebrating both The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp’s mission and Founder Paul Newman’s vision· With the Chief Development Officer, devise comprehensive long- and short-term strategies to maximize and enhance event offerings to coincide with organizational strategic priorities· Implement systems to engage Board of Directors and Committees to set and meet fundraising goals· Customize and lead donor visits, tours and receptions to build and strengthen relationships· Develop an assigned portfolio of celebrity donors and prospects, utilizing Raiser’s Edge to track actions and relationship progress, and support Executive and Major Gift teams with their portfolio solicitations· Prepare target gift pyramids to project pathways to the current $4.6 million event goal· Forecast and manage expense budgets totaling more than $1 million annually, monitoring expenditure progress throughout the planning and execution phases with a focus on ROI· Facilitate project management timelines and partner with the internal event team on delegation of tasks· Refine collateral and A/V strategies with the Marcom team to drive attendance and engagement· Build sponsorship benefit packages to support the work of Corporations and Foundations· Establish, steward, and grow the celebrity engagement program to amplify meaningful talent relationships, advance organization recognition and drive fundraising opportunities· Guide event speakers, direct performances, programs and talkbacks, rehearsals and run of shows · Establish and convey all volunteer needs for recruitment including pre-event and on-site deployment· Supervise two Associate Directors, a Manager and a Coordinator

Booked, interviewed, and produced contestants for celebrity and classic game show episodes; Floor-produced syndicate host Meredith Vieira and produced briefing notes for network host Regis Philbin; Mobilized cross-country promotional affiliate summer audition events and six months of New York City audition events for seven production seasons of the syndicated game show; Traveled cross-country by tour bus for two months to cast contestants for the premiere in syndication and produced and appeared at affiliate promotional events in 50 markets; Handled audition set-up and breakdown logistics with affiliates, regional vendors and venues; Served as show spokesperson at affiliate audition events, providing live on-site interviews to stations; Produced all specialty show logistics (College Week, Wedding Week, Teacher Week, Movie Week) as well as remote celebrity specialty show production assets while shooting annually on location at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida for both ABC and Syndication; Acted as the liaison between specialty show corporate partners and Millionaire to ensure both partnership and production obligations were met; Supervised a staff of twelve Associate Producers, Production Assistants and Contestant Qualifiers

Worked for Seasons 1 and 2 of VH1's World Series of Pop Culture, casting 32 three-person teams for the pop culture trivia game show. Booked, promoted and conducted contestant auditions in ten U.S. cities. Managed the casting department, hired and supervised APs and PAs, and developed all casting procedures. Coordinated all contestant travel, itineraries, legal releases, wardrobe and graphics. Briefed and floor produced contestants.
