I lead the HR business partner team in APAC region to drive people strategy and initiatives to achieve positive business outcome. This role require strategic mindset, proven HR leadership & business partnership capabilities and deep understanding of software business.Prior to this, I lead the Asia Pacific Japan and Greater China Talent Acquisition Team. We are on a mission to hire the best talents to achieve SAP business strategy, contribute to SAP’s journey to build the most inclusive workforce and create amazing candidate experiences in every interactions.Prior to this role, I am the HRBP Co-lead for APJ Cloud Success Services and in addition, dual hat as Head of HR Excellence, Asia Pacific Japan, with a focus on understanding and redesigning HR engagement experiences for employees, bringing out the best of our product portfolioBefore that, I was the Head of HR for SAP in SEA and I lead teams across multiple locations, strategizing, advising and driving implementations of HR strategy to positively impact business outcome. This is achieved mainly through leading organisation wide HR initiatives, such as organisation transformation, change management and leadership development. Recognised as a HR thought leader in the industry, I represent SAP in many external events organised by reputable professional organisations. I am extremely passionate about elevating HR to be the change agent in helping organisation achieve digital transformation, change mindset and behaviours, create the best possible experience and more importantly impacting business results.
