I took a career shift in my life and become involved in real estate industry.A little bit about myself, I am from accounting background, graduated from Degree in Commerce (major in Accounting) and achieved ACCA affiliation status.I started my journey in real estate industry (part time basis) since I was still a university student. I was mainly involved in the digital marketing side, preparing copy for each project, managing Facebook Advertising, and prospect qualification, as well as communicating with clients at the early stages of sales. Today, I am fully committed as real estate negotiator to help fellow Malaysians in looking for landed homes in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, by providing the most helpful guidances and insights that tailored to each individual customer. Regarding my accounting background, I have fundamental experiences in accounting and audit field as a junior account executive and internal auditor for an Australian growing e-commerce company. I mainly interacted in accounting with e-commerce platform such as Amazon, e-Bay, MyDeal, Catch, and Kogan Marketplace. Besides, as a curious learner, I am currently branching into data analytic field. The interest in data analytic sparked when I was involved with a team of data analysts and scientists for my previous employer in driving a business solution for the company. I believe data literacy would be an important skillset in coming decades. As more and more data are being gathered, we need skills and talents that can explore the data, drive insights, and help the businesses in making informed decisions that drive business performances.
