Accounts Payables-Checking of Invoice-making sure the details indicated on invoice is correct-Encoding of Invoice-Checking and balancing of invoice vs SAP-making adjustments (debit memo or credit memo)-prepairing for payment -making sure that we meet the deadline of a certain vendor.Accounts Recievable-prepairing reports that will be bill to costumer-working with other departments to verify and record transactions and resolve transaction discrepancy.-making sure to collect the correct amounts from costumer on time by providing the necessary support throughout the process -initiating collections on accounts that are past due.-processing, verifying and posting receipts General Accounting- preparation of reports that will be submitted to BIR monthly and quarterly. - financial statements preparation for internal reporting. - making sure that expenses are recorded on the period they are incurred.- checking the accuracy of monthly recorded GL.Financial Data Analyst -Analyzing current and past financial data-Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends-Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business-Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts
