• Contract Administration and drafting of contractual correspondences to the Engineer and Employer• Ensure the draft contract agreement is properly executed prior to signing off• Estimations• Post Contract Cost Planning, Cost Controlling• Valuating, programming, forecasting, and preparing commercial reports• Preparation and reporting of Cost Value Reconciliation• Preparation and submission of Extension of Time and Prolongation Claims• Approach Claims in accordance with CoC or Otherwise• Contributing to the entire variation process as per FIDIC• Tracking, Analyzing, and developing responses to Commercial Risks• Preparation of Monthly Payment application with all particulars• Prepare the Final Account with all supporting documentation• Tracking the payment of sub-contractors and Main Contractor progress payment.• Submitting of Final Cost Proposals• Liaise with consultant and project management teams for certification and Approval• Preparation of budget, monitoring, and maintenance to keep on the curve• Coordination with Planning, Operations, Procurement, and QAQC for commercial assistance.• Sub Contract agreements, Requests for quotations, Sub Contract evaluation, administration, and payments• Preparation of purchase orders for suppliers and Supplier payments• Checking hiring payments and running charts for the machinery• Preparation of Bill of Quantities• Rate analysis for new items• Estimate materials time and labour costs.• Recording the details monitoring and the daily work process• Preparation of bar bending schedule and Estimating Reinforcement requirement• Review shop drawings according to project specs and proposed designs.• Attending project’s progress and commercial meetings (weekly/monthly), both internal and external• Prepare the minutes of the progress meetings.
