Conduct training workshop for distributors on the usage of the Agro-traders input distribution system/app. Evaluate and assign truck, driver, and distributor to counties for material delivery. Arrange for distributor's transportation, per dime, handers fees, and accommodation before each trip. Communicate with all of Ministry of Agriculture Field Coordinators on work plan of each team before they arrived. Ensure that all farmers listed are served given their materials in the right quantity; if not the distributor should give reasons why. Develop inventory tracking sheet for warehouse in each county. Write test script for system before each departure to reduce issues with app system while in the field. Conduct onboarding meetings with local farmers and evaluate their financial system through a due diligence process

Develop and design impact driven projects to mitigate the spread of Sickle Cell in Liberia. Work along with relevant stakeholders to raise awareness using behavioral change communication. Work with policy makers to develop policies that will help citizen reduce the spread of the disease. Manage teams, setup Tor's and monitor the implementation of all projects to make sure of their success criteria/deliverables.Craft achievable indicators that are in line with the scope/mission of the organization. Prepare quarterly workplans that are in line with project scope, duration and finance. Make sure that projects are in compliances and have local Government participation. Conduct capacity building workshop for staff if need be. Established fundraiser activities to help our cause from time to time. Report on time and regularly to donors.
