Steven is a servant leader with over 13 years of professional administrative experience in organizational development, strategic project management, and leadership development. Most recently as Director of Operations, Steven grew active accounts 480%, as well as a 200% increase in gross sales. In his role as Assistant Director, he implemented a brand new student services model, featuring 100+ new initiatives, drastically increasing audience engagement. –Steven has a strong commitment to lifelong learning and hands-on skill development. He holds a Certificate in Student Affairs Law and Policy and completed the NASPA Region I Mid-Level Institute, a 4-part conference series, developing skills in the areas of strategic planning, assessment, supervision, budget management, and Human Resources.
