Approximately 435 helmets were outfitted.*Provided long term, temporary managerial support for understaffed departments, including production planning and HR. *Design 2D and 3D drawings to support product design, vendor controls and customer requirements.TOP CONTRIBUTIONS:*Worked with production staff to write documentation in support of AS9100 efforts. These instructions, procedures and specifications controlled design and development while supporting planning’s agile operation requirements. *Reverse engineered multiple large production cycle product lines. Working closely with production means that output is increased, processes are documented and most importantly producers are happy with the supporting documents drafted.*Streamlined FAA documentation in support of flammability testing decreasing review time and shorting approval time.

*Run automated Eastman cutting tables to create sew packs.*Digitize patterns and create cut files for Eastman tables.TOP CONTRIBUTIONS:*Used ERP system to track real time movement of materials through production.*Created working patterns and sew samples to support production.*Created digital copies of patterns to insure longevity and consistency of product.

*Design, documentation, manufacture, installation and customer training for automated puppets.TOP CONTRIBUTIONS:*Support of Time Square Millennial New Year’s celebration, producing product, packaging for shipping and on-site training and support of a 24 hour parade.*Create documentation for the build process for commercial product to insure consistency of product.*Run puppet rental department which consisted of maintenance, booking, and site production.
