Technology Workstream Lead on Mace’s Better4 Oracle Fusion transformation programme, which PwC supported on to implement Oracle's Cloud ERP after previous System Integrators failed to deliver. The technology workstream lead role at Mace was a challenging role which was previously filled by a well-established Technical Lead whom the CIO and Programme Director had complete trust and faith in. My impact was immediate, bringing structure and rigour to the various workstreams, whilst ensuring that the team is brought on board to support the programme.
