Oversaw 7 person Synch & Licensing staff, growing revenue in double digits within first 12 months. Established new protocols & procedures for Synch Staff. Built out Commercial/Ad Division while growing relationships within the Ad Agency Music Supervision & Production departments. Attracted artist & band talent via my network of contacts. Helped to build out Artist Services Label division through vast network of label connections and relationships.

Assembled and directed the efforts of a large 30-member film and TV pitching and licensing department for a constantly growing catalog of over two million (2,000,000) copyrights.Presided over a 67% increase in combined annual sync and master use licensing revenue from 2012-2015.Oversaw integration of catalogs for Chrysalis Music, Bug Music and Virgin Music; Sanctuary, Mute and Vagrant Records; Rise Records and S-Curve labels, and many other BMG-acquired catalogs and signings.Established and maintained strong relationships with priority writers, recording artists and producers, as well as licensing clients.Assisted the creative/A&R team with key signings, including due diligence, sync revenue evaluation and meeting with prospective artists.Created unique remixes and covers of recognizable copyrights for exclusive trailer and promo campaigns.Pitched and helped procure placements for both legacy and priority artists such as Johnny Cash, Aerosmith, Yusuf Islam, Nirvana, Bruno Mars, ZZ Top, MGMT, Iggy Pop, The Strokes and many others.
