• Project Architect for amending the design of 300 apartment units (5 towers) for the development company in Auckland CBD, acting as the first point of contact, assisted in translating, communicating and negotiating on behalf of the director. I coordinated the project by hosting meetings with planners, engineers, bankers, lawyers, contractors, and related authorities. • Documented the project in Revit, refined the design from Resource-Consent state into detailed designs on basement parking and supermarket, ground-level retails and through-site links, upper 13-storey apartment layout designs and floor area ratios, roof gardens to meet new Unitary Plan regulations in City Centre Zone.
