■Led our team through the introduction process of Salesforce becoming our new CRM system, and met the needs of the sales teams from each BU. Their necessities included customized backlog (the budget we spent on the simulated future), customized Achievement monitoring, and more. Eliminated teammate work redundancy that used Excel and Salesforce individually for monitoring by utilizing Salesforce as a one stop platform to meet our needs.■Partnered with our team engineer to build a Burn (budget) service which enabled CM and Sales to monitor the performance of every client and ERP ID on a daily basis. Therefore, we were able to reduce load time by approximately 95%, and automated 80% of the manpower effort■Steered our team through the process of building multiple dashboards which empowered us to analyze various KPI that met the needs of IPO and internal monitoring. . ■Proposed and then led our team through the process of building a Finance report service. This was to allow us to gain data from the DB of our ERP which would generate multiple reports that our finance team required, therefore reducing load time by approximately 90%.■Engaged with the transference of the ERP system(from 鼎欣 to SAP), and the integration of Salesforce's pipeline with the SAP system, which will in turn decrease work redundancy that exists on CRM and ERP.■Be the PM of both of Salesforce and SAP, and take charge of application level for customization and optimization.
