We complete a viable business plan under the Prof. Ren-Song Tsay's gauidance. Prof. Tsay is a successful entrepreneur in the Silicon Valley. As a project manager, I coordinated assignments related to the business plan and communicated with teammates well to deliver great results. We won the competition in this course.After finishing this course, we tried to implement our business plan by starting a startup in the Center of Innovative Incubator in the NTHU. The product was developed and released on our website. We launched a small PC game competition as a alpha test to verify our product. The product did not go well due to some technical issues and unclear market condition, then we decided to shut down the project on 2011. However, it is one of the most valuable experiences in my life and I learn a lot from it.
