-Engineered and managed projects. Assessing performance of various BlackBerry Smartphone devices and providing design suggestions based on reliable CAE results using analytical methods and FEA tools. -Applied Abaqus/Standard and Abaqus/Explicit in daily static and dynamic analysis of handheld at different levels – component, subassembly (Contact springs, PCB, LCD, Housing, Keypad, etc) and complete assembly. -Conducted drop simulation of handheld in different orientations. Directed design changes that improved smartphone mechanical performance during drop.

-Performed vibration analysis (modal, dynamic stiffness, and mobility) on chassis and powertrain systems such as engine cradle and engine mount brackets for Chevrolet Equinox, Chevrolet Impala, Pontiac Torrent, and Buick Allure. -Applied linear and nonlinear - static and dynamic simulation tools in day-to-day work for value added design optimization and validation which helped in reduction/elimination of physical testing. The completed projects included simulations of chassis, body, and closures subsystems such as frame, engine cradle, control arm, hood, fender, liftgate, etc. -As a member in GM Global Noise and Vibration Focus Group, prepared, reviewed and approved standard work procedures that were adopted worldwide
