1. Responsible for equity and derivatives area requirements based on the product and project requirement;2. Communicate and analyze requirements from business users;3. 1. Track political and industrial information for various development projects and track initiatives to completion and prepare, presenting plans and status to senior stakeholders.2. Support consumers’ projects by understanding their business issues and identifying their needs;3. Provide all the information required to understand, interpret and influence orientations and practices with respect to the client and employee experience and source system data interpretation and integration.4. Design and write specifications for new features according to business requirements.5. Work closely with software developers to ensure that new features are implemented according to specification and bugs are fixed.
