Responsible for the Australia and New Zealand supply chain management of the Consumer and Salon divisions consisting of a multi-regional sourcing matrix (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific) and a complex local fulfilment strategy. The operations include demand and supply planning, procurement, contract manufacturing, co-packing, 3PL management, warehousing and distribution servicing a customer base comprised of salon owners, grocery and pharmacy retailers, and export markets. Leading the Supply Chain team consisting of Planning, Distribution, Customer Logistics and Transportation functions.

Led the Demand & Supply Planning team and managed total Australia and New Zealand end-to-end planning and production for the Mass, Fabric & Home Care, Human Health & Nutrition, Prestige and Salon sectors including Asia Pacific exports.

Led the Consumer Planning team and managed the demand and supply planning activities for Australia and New Zealand consisting of the Mass, Fabric & Home Care and Human Health Care sectors (John Frieda, Biore, Jergens, Biozet Attack, Merries, MegRhythm).

Responsible for the end-to-end planning of the Mass and Fabric & Home Care sectors (haircare, skincare, laundry care) consisting of products manufactured at Kao plants worldwide and a local sourcing strategy encompassing 3PM and co-packing operations for domestic and export customers.

Responsible for the Adult Skincare Franchise (Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, Johnson’s Body Care) consisting of products manufactured at J&J plants worldwide (North America, Thailand, South Korea and Malaysia) and a local sourcing strategy encompassing an in-house manufacturing site supported by co-packing operations for a domestic customer base.

12-month cross-functional graduate training program with assignments to Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance departments working on improvement projects like filling line upgrades, Lean material flow system for good manufacturing practices (GMP), and cleaning and sanitisation (C&S) process.

Engineering internship under Monash University. Attached to the Final Manufacturing Technology Centre (FMTC) working on R&D based projects in semiconductor and wafer fabrication.
