 Handle foreign workers administrative issues (e.g. permit application, issuance, renewal and cancellation; onboarding and repatriation; Work Injury Compensation Application (WICA) claim, levy waiver and etc) Scheduling employee’s training courses Maintain employee’s information and leave records Prepare and process bi-monthly payroll for approximately 160 workers and IR8A excel Insurance renewal (medicals, injuries, vehicles & equipments) Other ad-hoc duties assigned by HR Manager

 Handle customer enquiry, reservation, request and order K-box room allocation and navigate customers to the room Perform daily preparatory tasks (e.g cleaning, equipment checking and stock counting) Cash count, send daily sales and record daily costing

 Packaging parcels and ensure the customer orders are accurately processed Manage a portfolio of a dedicated brand and product range and market them on Shopee and Lazada Competitive pricing analysis

Provide customer services and promote products to customers
