Lead a team of senior process engineers/technicians on all dielectric etch product process development for both frontend and backend dielectric etch application and CIP hardware characterization. • Support most Asian customer demo and field support to resolve multiple production issues on-site• Lead productivity development effort to improve tool performance on Producer etch chamber• Support all divisional product programs including customer programs and CIP programs• Responsible for cost reduction and critical part process transparency test across all dielectric etch products• Oversee divisional all products’ manufacturability activities on particle/contamination characterization • Plasma damage evaluation on internal all products to fulfill device damage criteria• Window of integration work to other divisions and joint development program to other customers• Owner of divisional process best-known-method development and knowledge database• Explore new solutions for dielectric etch process applications
