Injection Molding Manager
Report to GM, and manage the injection molding department to ensure the product running smoothly in mass production. Set up the production standard, optimize the mold building procedure and improve the production efficiency, cost reduction.In my working period, good management of the team with 66 members, 316 sets of molds/tools and 36sets injection machine succeed and run mass production smoothly, to ensure all of the production smoothly and the cost reduction, according to fixed department budget to manage spending for mold injection cost center, and responsible for all molding employee daily management, monitor and be responsible injection production area, Provide department training program for the production employees. and maintain production with 5S and keep in good condition, and achieve the management target, Be responsible for molding process daily management and ensure to complete all parts tasks according to plan and achieve the quality target, according to new project, plan and implement and coordinate new process development activities related to tooling and molds, as well as changes to the existing mold if applicable, includes assessing and determining needs, such as draft angles, tolerances, material needs, etc, specify equipment, tooling and fixture for new processor existing process change, manage the post-validation or process with new tool by solving any issues that a risk related to quality or cost of the tool and fixture, defines equipment requirements and specification for new part, and develop and implement process for pilot production and scale-up programs.
