- Responsible for online project maintenance, tracking and conveying customer needs and issues reasonably in a timely manner, and maintaining nice customer relations to promote the project Renewal.- Responsible for the scene docking, field integration and schedule arrangement during the trial stage of any new project, tracking the model onboard process and monitoring the module result, with several result presentations at each section of the project.- Monitoring and analyzing the online pipeline data and the fraud detection report output, and timely grasping the anomaly and conducting internal/external feedback or raising retune advice.- Periodically visiting customers and conducting product performance reports and new feature introductions to maintain customer status and follow up.- Cooperating with the marketing department to participate in the industry activities, providing consulting and answering to potential customers and enhancing contact with existing customers.

- Making adjustment on the advertising of RTB media platforms such as Facebook and Google according to the delivery regions’ local condition, while proposing the price optimization solutions. The main delivery regions are the United States, Brazil, India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.- Screening and docking the advertising networks, supervising and optimizing the network performance, and eliminating abnormal installations.- Localized advertising copywriting, putting forward design material optimization plan and communicating with design apartment.- Organizing weekly data reports, monitoring data anomalies and making follow-up plans based on the situation.
