Lead on-site team do repair project inquiry & study during preparation period.Based on the area manager's instruction, complete the inquiry, touch time estimation and quotation review with on-site team.Output the study report after analysing key factors of repair volum, supplier's repair capacity, spare parts availability, cost and profit.Review and draf the key business contract articles after the new project approved.Make detialed project implement plan.Lead team to implete the new repair projct input and solve the all abnormal issues duing project impletation.Support teammember to participate company training class to improve professional skillsCooparate with teammember to work with supplier Huawei project team. Manage the all on-site spare parts of project and take responsibility to the consistency of accounts and goods.Supervise and analyse repair rate, on-time delivery rate and bounce rate.Audit the contact compliance between supplier and Huawei for on-site repairing activities.Answer and feeback on the question raised from inner customer and supplier.Review and approve supplier monthly settlement list and take responsible for settlement accuracy.Train newcomers and help them to pass the probation period.Coordinate and communicate all operational issues cross multiple departments.
