Team Leader of Next generation network (NGN) GNPSMCS is SIP based and it is the broad band of Nortel NGN solution. GNPS team takes the role to provide technical support to Great China, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. The support cycle is from pre-sale to post-sale. Because it is the top level support in Great China, it is the interface between Great China local team and Core team in North America. We investigate and ensure proper follow-up is taken to address all software and hardware issues from both the field and lab environments.Major responsibilities: Participated in almost all the important technical issue investigation related with NGN system in Greater China. Strong knowledge on VOIP protocol. E.g. SIP H.323, SIP-T, and MGCP etc.Key Achievement:  Support for Hong Kong Broadband NGN System which is the largest live site in Nortel global market. Support for Guan dong CTC NGN issue on site. Fixed the many gating issues for SH CNC with help from core team in North American Participate the Hu Nan CTC PRI GW issue investigating and daily review with designer. Travel to Korea and did MCS 5200 verification for our key customer in Korea. Participated the Unicom UNIONE testing and finally got Nortel Dragon Award due to excellent contribution in Q1 2005. Participate the technical review with customer and deliver MCS OAM training to Nortel customer, including Great China and Tai Wan. Provide VIP demo and presentation for CNC, CTC and CUTC in Great China. Participate the Verification On-site and deliver training on site in Korea as well.
