Apply psychological knowledge and skills on strategies for employee engagement, enhancing workplace mental health, recruitment and development purposes. Provides staff counselling as well as inmate interventions and assessments. Represent SPS to share about our correctional efforts and evaluation research at both local and overseas conferences.

Achieve rehabilitation goals by designing programmes with consideration of research evidence, organisational needs and resources. Develop and conduct staff training as well as evaluation to ensure ethical practice and uphold quality of rehabilitation work. Manage teams in design, implementation and evaluation projects. Provides interventions and assessments for inmates.
