Ipsos Make A Wish Project:• Effectively handled in the "Ipsos Make A Wish" charity program, which aimed to raise donations from employees for two sponsored NGOs: Heights and Minds, and Buku Jalanan Chow Kit. • Spearheading efforts to promote the program among employees, raising awareness about the cause and encouraging participation.• Maintaining an accurate Excel spreadsheet to track employee participation (gift adoption, returns, & outstanding responses).• Preparing personalized gift cards with recipient details & desired items, allowing employees to review and select gifts for donation.• Collaborating with the admin team to purchase unclaimed gift cards & organize timely delivery of collected donations to both NGOs.• The program achieved successful donation drives for both organizations:o Heights and Minds: Mother and child supplies like diapers, toys, & school equipment for 38 beneficiaries.o Buku Jalanan Chow Kit: 89 PE kits (sport shoes, tracksuits, & t-shirts) for underprivileged students and teachers.3. Event Management:• INTI On-Campus Recruitment Day and Talent Bank Career Fair: Managed logistics, prepared materials, and assisted with third-party vendor relations.• Ipsos CNY Celebration, IWD Celebration, Ipsos Research Trainee, and RPM SG Assessment Days: Contributed to creative content creation (presentation slides, wish cards, promotional videos) and facilitated on-event moderation and coordination.

Being a survey distributor (part-time) for Data And company, it exposed myself to be involved in a real-world employment situation in data collection. It enhanced my communication skills as to clearly convey related information to the participants and attract individuals to get involved into the data collection. Moreover, my adaptability got boosted as in adapting to different environments, respond to unforeseen circumstances and adjust my approach based on the situation. It was a great experience to work with Data And company as it introduced me to a realistic and interesting data collection approach which is an important phase in research.
