KLM Customer Experience department facilitates the relationship between the customer and KLM. In which, Centre of Excellence, which consists of data analysts and service designers, devotes to implement the data-driven approach and service design methodology in directing internal teams to provide data-driven and customer-centred solutions. In this position, I collaborated with service designers and data analysts within different projects. The main content of my work includes setting up research planning, facilitating creative sessions, and visualising customer journeys.
